SMS Maintains a lean and flat organizational structure, headed by its President and Lead Consultant, Mr. Vladimir T. Soliven. Mr Vladimir had undergone and successfully passed the qualifying examinations of IRCA-accredited Lead Auditor course in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001, ISO/ IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 Standards. Mr. Vladimir who is a homegrown member and experienced consultant, trainer and auditor has been with the company for more than a decade.
The Chairman of the Board and former President, Ms. Susan M. Soliven, serves as advisory function to the President. Ms. Susan, who is also the founder and main incorporator of the company, is a registered/ qualified/ experienced Lead Auditor and Tutor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 Standards. Being an experienced lead auditor herself, she conducts consulting, training and auditing services for SMS on a part-time basis.
SMS offers series of specialized training programs, custom-tailored and innovative consulting packages and comprehensive auditing services to companies wishing to implement, maintain and continually improve their management systems.
SMS performs audits of a company’s management system to determine its implementation status, compliance to specified requirements and/or readiness to audits by external parties.
The Management and Core Consultants of SMS brings with them to the company their expertise and hands-on experiences in providing superior quality and value-adding approaches & techniques in consulting, training and auditing services to the industry.
The SMS Core Team has led more than 370 organizations in the country to successful certifications to internationally recognized management system standards and have conducted management system audits of various standards and industry sectors. In addition to the In-House Consultants, SMS also maintains a pool of consultants with excellent consulting, training and auditing skills.
To walk its talk, SMS has also established and implemented its own integrated Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Policy, compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standards.
