Susan has been one of the first registered and approved lead auditors and tutors for Environmental Management System (EMS) in the country. She is also one of the pioneers in the integration of management systems. Vlad is the Operations Manager of the company and the Lead Consultant of some of the consulting projects. He is a Registered Nurse with hands-on experiences in the establishment and implementation of integrated management systems and LEED in a manufacturing set-up. As EHS Support Staff for ISO Management System Certification, LEED and other EHS-related works (incident-and-injury-free program, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, safety audits, training, etc.), Vlad has actively promoted EHS operational excellence and business continuity in the company.
He graduated from Far Eastern University-Manila, where he got his Associate Diploma in Health Science Education and Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. He is an active member of the Philippine Nurses' Association (PNA) and Occupational Health Nurses' Association of the Philippines (OHNAP).
Vlad had undergone lead auditor courses in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO/ IEC 27001, and had ccessfully passed the corresponding qualifying examinations. He has in-depth understanding and hands-on experiences in conducting Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Hazards Identification, Risk Assessment and Controls (HIRAC), and Risk and Opportunity Assessment (ROA), including EHS-related laws and regulations.
Meann is a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology graduate of De La Salle Araneta University. She has sixteen (16) years of combined experience in Food Safety Compliance, Trade/ Conformity Assessment and Quality Assurance, and in the establishment, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management System (ISO 9001 Standard), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 Standard), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 Standards), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000 Standard), and Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000), in various industries.
As one of the Lead/ Senior Consultants of SMS, Meann has provided consulting, training, and auditing services on ISO Management Systems Standards to various organizations of different sectors for over six (6) years.
Meann had undergone the lead auditor courses in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards and successfully passed the corresponding qualifying examinations. She had completed the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training and PCO Basic Course. She was also trained in ISO 22000/ FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), HACCP, and SSOP and is proficient in Laboratory Testing Procedures, Basic Analytical Techniques, Quality Awareness, and Product Handling.
Erma is a well-trained professional with more than 20 years of work experience across various functions in several industries. Experience ranges from engineering to management positions in manufacturing (electronics and ophthalmic) industries.
She has completed the QMS (ISO 9001:2015 Standard) and OHSMS (OHSAS 18001:2007 Standard) Lead Auditor Training Courses and successfully passed the corresponding qualifying examinations. She is also a certified DDI (Development Dimensional International) Facilitator, focused on developing extraordinary leaders in her previous company.
Erma is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the East (Caloocan). She had attended training in PQA Development Workshop and Assessors Preparatory Course, Management Program, Train-the-Trainers, and other technical-related training such as Six Sigma, 5S and 8D Methodology among others – in the Philippines as well as in other Asian countries (Singapore and Thailand).
Ezra is a graduate of master’s in business administration at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and is a graduate BS in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management. She has an extensive experience working as both an Administrative and Human Resource professional, particularly in Training and Development. She also passed the qualifying exam as a Certified Human Resource Associate, further solidifying her expertise in the HR field.
She has passed the Internal Audit Course in ISO 19011:2018 and is awarded as Top Performing Internal Auditor at her previous organization, equipping her with a strong understanding of auditing management systems. Additionally, she has a solid experience in documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all records and reports.
Owee is a licensed Chemical Engineer and a Master of Science graduate in Chemical Engineering at the De La Salle University. She worked as a Senior Science Research Specialist with the Metals Industry & Development Center (MIRDC-DOST) for over twelve years with a specialization on electroplating and metal finishing technology and in the operation of a chemical laboratory. She was the Environmental Management Representative (EMR) of the Center’s ISO 14001 management systems. As the EMR, she was mainly responsible in establishment, implementation and maintenance of the Center’s management systems, including its continual improvement. She was also actively involved in the establishment and implementation of the ISO 17025 management system of the Center’s Chemical Laboratory.
Owee has undergone various trainings on Electroplating, Metal Finishing, Pollution Prevention and Green Productivity Technologies for the metal industries, and on the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025 and ISO 14001 management system standards.
She has worked as management system consultant since 2005 and has handled various industries, including power generation, water production and wastewater treatment, food processing, cement manufacturing, construction, and shipping and manning agencies.
Ricky is a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering and Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management (MIEM).
He first worked as an ECE Laboratory Instructor at a university, then worked at a telecommunications service provider as a Product Engineer. Six years later, he became the Product Engineering Head. He was first exposed to management systems in 1997 in a company engaged in retail electronics, computers and mobiles as their Quality Systems Engineer. He ensured compliance of the said company to ISO 9001 and QS 9000 management system Standards. Later, as Quality Systems Manager, he managed the Quality Systems Section of the company which included the Document Control Center (DCC) and Quality Improvement Programs (QIP) Section. He also served as the Quality Assurance Manager of a power supply solutions company where he managed QA/ QC Section which included SQE/ Incoming, In-process & Outgoing Quality Control groups, Quality Systems and Document Control.
Ricky has been a Management Systems Consultant with SMS for more than five (5) years, specializing on 7S Workshop, Root Cause Analysis Training and Six Sigma. He had undergone the lead auditor course in ISO 9001 Standard, and successfully passed the corresponding qualifying examination. He had also undergone various trainings on management systems related to quality, environment, health and safety including on ISO 13485 Standard, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Six Sigma.
Shirley is a Registered Chemical Engineer and a Master in Government Management graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She is a Registered ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with the Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) and also a Registered ISO 14001 Lead Auditor with the BPS and the Philippine Environmental Auditors Registration Association, Inc (PEARA).
She is the former head of the Philippine Accreditation Office (now Philippine Accreditation Bureau) – DTI, and the Bureau of Product Standards (now Bureau of Philippines Standards). She is currently the Vice President of the Philippine Metrology, Standards, Testing and Quality (PhilMSTQ) Inc.
She is experienced in certification and marking of products (PS and ICC marks); having worked thirteen years in the Quality Assurance/ Standards Certification Division of the BPS, and eight years as Head of the Standards Development Division of BPS. She has also undergone various trainings on ISO 17025 and OHSAS 18001 management system standards.
Nellie is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Cum Laude, from the University of the
Philippines- Los Baños.
She has over two decades of experience in Consulting Training and Auditing services in various management systems. She has assisted more than 40 companies in establishing and documenting their management systems and led most to third party certification. She also have conducted more than 50 lectures and workshops and participated in more than 30 audits, including pre-assessment, internal audit and third- part audit, in various companies.
Nellie completed lead auditor courses on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and ISO 45001 Standards and successfully passed the corresponding qualifying examinations. She has been providing consulting, training and auditing services on the above Standards for more than twenty (20) years.
She worked as Science Research Specialist at Philippine Rice Institute/ Institute of Food Science and Technology- University of the Philippines Los Baños and Research and Technical Assistant at Environmental Concepts Corporation in 1998 to 2000. Following that, Nellie had undergone extensive training from Systems Network International, Inc and Synergized Macro Solutions, Inc founder, Ms. Susan M. Soliven on different Management Systems. She worked as Marketing and Training Executive, Technical Officer until she became Consulting Services Manager. Currently, she is an on- call management systems consultant for Synergized Macro Solutions, Inc.
Helen is a licensed chemical engineer and professional civil service-eligible. She is a graduate of the BS Chemical Engineering program at Adamson University and the Master of Science in Environmental Management program at Philippine Women University. She also took a diploma course in Environmental Resource Management and Technology with a major in Solid Waste Management from Central Philippine University.
Helen is a lead auditor/ auditor for the Quality Management System and a certified auditor for the Advanced Environmental Management System.
