To effectively ‘walk its talk’, SMS formally aligned its existing quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and pursued the certification process, immediately thereafter. SMS’s commitment to continual improvement was then rewarded by a successful certification following its external audit by TUV Rheinland.
The company received its ISO 9001:2015 Certificate on February 22, 2019.
