SYNERGIZED MACRO SOLUTIONS, INC (SMS), a trusted consulting, training and auditing company in international management system standards and related areas such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, etc is in need of:



  • Graduate of at least a 4-year degree course; fresh graduates in Marketing or IT with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply
  • Must have very good command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Comfortable in meeting, communicating, and dealing with the management personnel of companies
  • Self-driven, an outstanding team player, but fully capable of working independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience and/ or training in management system standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 is an advantage


  • Market the consulting, training, and auditing services of the company including preparation of proposals where needed
  • Prepare and conduct marketing, training, and consulting presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain the company’s mailing lists
  • Coordinate arrangements with clients for the provision of the company’s consulting, training and auditing services

Place of posting

The successful applicant will be posted either in Taguig City (near Vista Mall Taguig) or in Los Baños (Sta Rita Subdivision, San Antonio), hence applicants from around the area or those who are willing to relocate will be given preference (in light of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, work from home arrangement maybe considered after proper turned over and in-house job training).

Career Path

The successful applicant will be groomed to become an ISO Consultant and as part of the SMS Consulting Team.


Attractive monthly compensation awaits – Immediate posting when hired; regularization within 6 months or less, with compensation increase of at least 10% of basic salary and HMO coverage.
