Manila, Philippines—Synergized Macro Solutions, Inc. (SMS) led the City Government of Muntinlupa (CGM) ceremonial kick-off and citywide general orientation in the establishment and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard on April 2.
In the ceremony, City Mayor Ruffy Biazon signed the Quality Policy Statement and citywide QMS Policy Manual.
”Highlight sa programa ang paglagda ng Punong-Lungsod sa Quality Policy Statement at citywide QMS policy manual bilang pangako ng City Government sa pagbibigay ng maayos na public quality service sa pamamagitan ng fast, responsive, efficient, and effective QMS,” CGM wrote on their social media.
SMS Operations Manager and Lead Consultant, Mr. Vladimir T. Soliven, and one of SMS esteemed Management Systems Consultants, Ms. Erma T. Ferrer, led the ceremony and general orientation to all employees of the City Government on the roadmap of the QMS establishment and implementation towards its certification.
Present at the event are Mayor Ruffy Biazon, Vice Mayor Temy Simundac, Quality Management Representative (QMR) and Head of Department of Internal Audit, Mr. Noel Morales, and the ISO Working Team.
